Testing memory using ePSA
Steps
- Turn on or restart your computer.
- After the Dell logo is displayed:
- Press F12.
- Select ePSA diagnostics
The PreBoot System Assessment (ePSA) starts on your computer.NOTE:If you wait too long and the operating system logo appears, continue to wait until you see the desktop. Turn off the computer and try again.
