Removing the heat sink assembly

1. Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer.
2. Remove the:
   1. base cover
   2. battery
3. Disconnect the fan cable.
4. Remove the screws that secure the heat sink assembly to the computer and the system board [1, 2].
   
5. To remove the heat sink:
   1. Remove the screws that secure the heat sink assembly to the system board [1, 2, 3, 4].
      NOTE: Remove the screws that secure the heat sink to the system board in the order of the callouts shown [1, 2, 3, 4].
   2. Lift the heat sink assembly from the system board [5].
