Removing the Rear Input Output (RIO) card
Prerequisites
- Follow the safety guidelines listed in the Safety instructions.
- Follow the procedure listed in the Before working inside your system.
- Remove the system board.
Steps
- Using a Phillips #2 screwdriver, remove the screws that secure the RIO card to the system board.
- Holding the edges, pull the RIO card to disconnect from the connector on the system board.
