During configuration of SupportAssist Enterprise for Azure Stack Hub connected-deployments and HLH re-deployment scenarios, users may notice devices are appearing in the “Staging Group” and tagged with a red, failed symbol for each device. This condition is noticed after some unspecified amount of time passes between the HLH Deployment Automation completing and the user attempts to configure SupportAssist Enterprise. This issue is a result of IPv6 being enabled on the Dell EMC Management Virtual Machine (MGMT-VM) which hosts SupportAssist Enterprise as IPv6 is not supported for use with SupportAssist Enterprise.

With the 2212 release of Azure Stack Hub, OpenManage Network Manager is no longer being leveraged to perform switch firmware upgrades. Instead, a PowerShell module (Posh-SSH) is being leveraged to directly interact with the switches for this process. Due to a fault in the logic, there is an intermittent issue that sometimes occurs during the switch firmware upgrade step that throws an error during a switch reload after updating the firmware.
