How to replace the Memory Modules on a Latitude 3520

This 3D experience gives you the step by step process of replacing the Memory Modules and a Latitude 3520. The procedure will also include removing the Base Cover, Battery Cable Disconnect and reinstalling them.
Removal
Base Cover
Identify the base cover highlighted in blue.
Loosen the captive screws that secure the base cover.
Using a plastic scribe, pry the base cover from the recesses located near the hinges.
Lift the base cover away from the system.
Battery Cable Disconnect
Memory Modules
Identify the memory module highlighted in blue.
Using your fingertips, carefully spread apart the securing clips until the memory module pops up.
Hold the edges and carefully lift the memory module up from connector on the system board.
Install
Memory Modules
Identify the memory module location highlighted in blue.
Align the notch on the memory module with the tab on the slot and slide the memory into the slot at an angle.
Press the memory module down until it clicks into place.
Battery Cable Disconnect
Base Cover
Identify the base cover location highlighted in blue.
Install the base cover and press the edges and sides until it snaps into place.
Tighten the screws to secure the base cover to the system.
