After July 23, 2018, rewards will be issued to your Dell.ca My Account. Earn 3% back in Rewards on purchase of eligible product(s) (excluding taxes and fees) made after July 23, 2018. Rewards will be posted to your Dell.ca My Account in a pending status. Pending Rewards are validated approximately 30-35 days after your invoice or shipment date. Once validated, Rewards will change to an active status (“Activation Date”). Dell reserves the right to not Activate Pending Rewards. Rewards are revoked if eligible order is cancelled or product is returned for a refund. If eligible product is returned for a refund after the Rewards have been redeemed, Dell will deduct the value of the redeemed Rewards from the refund amount. Once the Rewards are active, a notification email will be sent to the email registered to the Dell.ca My Account. The notification email will provide instructions on how to redeem the rewards from your Dell.ca My Account. Except for such credit cards, Rewards may not be used in combination with any other form of payment including, without limitation Dell Business Credit, Dell Account or Dell Lease. |
What if I pay for my order with multiple payment methods? |
Rewards are calculated based on the order subtotal (excluding taxes and shipping, promotional payment methods, as well as any excluded items/products). For example, if you spend $100 and pay $50 with a credit card, and $50 in Rewards, you will earn up to 3% in Rewards on the $50 paid with the credit card (=$1.50) and 0% on the $50 paid with Rewards (=$0.00). That’s a total of up to $1.50 Rewards. |

Total rewards earned may not exceed $1,000 within a 3-month period. Redeem your Rewards at Dell.com or by calling or chatting with a sales agent. For purchases made on Dell.ca, log in to your Dell Loyalty Rewards-enabled My Account and apply the desired amount of Rewards at checkout. For purchases made via phone or chat, provide the email address associated with your Dell Advantage Rewards account, You may also be asked to verify additional account information. |
What if I use only a portion of the value of the Reward? What happens to the remaining value of the Reward? |
Rewards can be used until the value of the individual Reward is depleted, or the individual Reward expires, whichever occurs first. The recipient can enjoy more than one purchase with the Reward as long as a balance remains in your Rewards account, and as long as the individual Reward has not expired. |
My “Available Rewards Balance” says I have $X.XX available, but the rewards balance listed in My Account says I have $Y.YY. Why is this? |
Your “Available Rewards Balance” reflects the Rewards available to be redeemed/used for purchases. This includes Rewards held for orders that were just placed, Rewards held for orders that have yet to invoice, and other Rewards activity that may not yet be reflected in the My Account “Rewards Balance” view. It may take up to 35 business days for these types of activities to get updated in your My Account “Rewards Balance” view. The ability to redeem Rewards will always be based on the “Available Rewards Balance” amount, and the My Account “Rewards Balance” should be used for reference/detailed history only. During peak seasonal periods, it can take up to an additional 5-10 business days or longer for rewards to be made available. |
What if I return my computer within the 30 day return period, will I receive Rewards? |
The offer is contingent upon the purchase of an eligible product. The Reward is not valid if an eligible product is returned for a refund. If an eligible product is returned for a refund after the Reward has been redeemed, the redeemed amount will be deducted from the Rewards account balance Rewards will not be alowed to go into a negative balance, and customers may be asked for a method of payment to cover the charges. Dell reserves the right to reject requests for consolidation of any coupons, Dell promotional codes or Rewards at its own discretion for any reason. |
Can I receive Rewards on Dell purchases placed prior to enrolling in the Dell Advantage Rewards Program? |
