PC-as-a-Service Process
PCaaS delivers the latest Dell client devices, with all the flexibility, productivity and security advantages you’d expect, even over PCs that are only four or five years old. The solution also makes client transformation easy for your customers, providing predictable budget planning and significant cost savings at a single price in one neat package. The process is simple:
- You help your customers to select the devices they need
- We deploy the hardware
- We migrate your customer’s data to the new client systems
- We dispose of packaging and all old equipment safely, securely and in line with environmental guidelines
All devices come with Dell ProSupport as standard, plus the option to upgrade to Dell ProSupport Plus. There’s even a Customer Portal for online asset management.

To make the financing process easy and quick for your Sales team and customers we have an automated online tool called Financing Connect. This handy quote and credit check tool lets you create financing solutions quickly in three simple steps:
- Select asset type, quantity and length of contract. Financing Connect generates the quote and you send it to your customer.
- When the proposal is agreed Financing Connect enables credit approval.
- Financing Connect generates standard customer documents for you to send for electronic signature.
Financing Connect delivers ease of use and speed, enabling an immediate response to customer requests, instant rental calculations, quotes and credit checks and automated document generation.
