What is screen resolution?

Different displays can show different color ranges. There are widely used standards to measure how much of the color range a particular display covers. Some of the widely used standards include sRGB, Adobe RGB, and DCI-P3.

For gamers, the closer to 100% sRGB, the better the color reproduction of a game will be.

NVIDIA G-SYNC is a technology that matches the refresh rate (Hz) of your display panel to how fast your computer can generate images.

At times, a gamer can have a very powerful GPU (graphics processing unit), outputting many more images per second than the display can show, with a low refresh rate (HZ) causing issues like screen tearing. GPUs output frames at different speeds within the same second.
