Dell Employee Purchase Programme for EMEA

Country Specific Instructions

Dell Employee Purchase Programme(EPP) provides Dell employees with discounts across a range of products found on the Dell.com online store. The discounts are made available using country specific voucher codes which are to be redeemed using your work email address.

FAQs

You will receive 4 vouchers initially but can request more if required.

The program is available to Dell employees and their immediate families (siblings, parents, partners, children) and close friends. However, employees must ensure that their coupons are used responsibly by themselves and any friends and family.

Please send an Email to EPPclub, quoting your employee number and country/location of residency, if you still do not receive your voucher.

Voucher codes can be re-issued by clicking on Participating Countries/location tab, your country/location flag, enter your email address at the bottom of the page and then click re-send

A maximum of 1 unit per order

In most countries/location any discount is a tax free benefit but if you have any questions, please check with your local HR and Payroll team.

EPP voucher codes cannot be used in conjuction with other discount codes, and cannot be redeemed against Limited Quantity Deals and/or Limited Time Deals.

You can redeem a coupon in any of the 14 participating countries/location. As explained above the coupons are country specific so just go to the relevant country/location page and follow the instruction. See eligible countries/location.

United Kingdom, Switzerland, Spain, Netherlands, Italy, Ireland, Germany*, France, Belgium, Austria, Poland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark.

*EPP Conditions for Germany

  1. German employees have tax obligations on certain EPP purchases. Please check with your payroll team for detail about the taxation on your EPP purchase value.
  2. German employees have an offline EPP purchase program. Please contact DE_EPP_mitarbeiterkauf@dell.com for your EPP quote.

EMEA Countries/location Not Listed Above
If your EMEA Country/location is not listed we currently do not offer the EPPClub programme. However we are working with other EMEA Countries and HR Teams and hope to launch EPP in new countries/location in the very near future.

Work email address is only used to confirm your eligibility and to send you the voucher codes. You can also provide a personal email address. In both cases and as per Privacy regulation Dell will not contact you again unless you opt-in to receive extra deals.

The following reasons could explain why a voucher does not work:

  1. Check you entered 14 alphanumerical characters
  2. You are not shopping in the local store. Vouchers are country specific.

Coupons expire at the end of the calendar year. Re-enter your work email to receive the relevant years coupons.

The following reasons could explain why your email address did not work during the registration process:

  • You have entered your email incorrectly. Please double check spelling and try again.
  • You have entered a personal email address (using public domain name as Gmail, Hotmail, …) instead of using your work email address.

Guidelines and Restrictions

Those who are eligible:

Dell employee’s based in participating Dell EMEA Countries/location, Regular, full-time and part-time team members, interns, contractors and team members on leave of absence.

Previous Purchases:

Coupons are not valid on previous purchases and discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases. You must use your coupon number at the time of your purchase to receive the EPP discount.

Shipping:

Due to Dell Security issues of employees carrying systems in and out of Dell facilities, EPP purchases must be shipped to the purchaser's home address with appropriate charges. There is no pick-up option for EPP purchases.

Cancelled orders/ coupons showing used:

If you made an EPP purchase and then had to cancel your order, your coupon will be cancelled.

Four single-use coupons will be issued each year.

There is an option for more if employees require it (subject to availability)

Exceptions:

EPP discounts do not apply to third party products

Product purchases:

EPP discounts are available on all Dell product (excluding the Outlet Store and 3rd Party product)

Online Only:

EPP discounts are valid online only and are not valid with telesales purchases.

Payment & Financing:

You are given the option of PayPal, or Visa or MasterCard.

Terms and conditions:

All purchases will be subject to Dell's standard terms and conditions of sale.

Code of Conduct:

All purchase are to be made in line with the Dell Code of Conduct.
