The program gives you no-cost access to grant experts who help you find and secure funding for technology projects. K-12 schools, colleges, healthcare providers, and government agencies often know funding exists but lack the time or staff to chase it. We close that gap. You can request customized funder research, hands-on guidance, and a clear path from project idea to submitted application, so you can advance your priorities without stretching your team thin.

Dell is partnered with Grants Office LLC, an independent North American grants intelligence and services firm that delivers the hands-on support behind this program. They bring more than 25 years of experience helping U.S. public sector organizations find and secure funding for their technology-enabled projects. 

You can access grant experts, customized funder research, and consultation calls at no cost and with no obligation. If you choose optional fee-based services like full grant writing, you can contract with the Grants Office directly.

Getting started takes just minutes. Your Dell sales representative will complete an intake form and later deliver a customized Grant Guide within about seven business days. From there, we recommend a 30-minute consultation two to three days later with you, your Dell sales representative, and your assigned grant expert. Together, you'll review the best-fit funding opportunities and map out your next steps. Your grant expert stays with you every step of the way, offering support throughout the process.
