Technology Rotation: At the end of the fair market value (“FMV”) contract, the customer may purchase the equipment for the then FMV, renew the contract or return the equipment to DFS. Dell APEX PCaaS: At the end of the FMV contract, the customer may renew the contract or return the equipment to DFS. Accelerated Transition: Available for qualifying storage products (excludes VXRail and VBlock). Payment deferral extends contract term.
