Service Account Manager for DTS, I am with Dell since 2016.
Swiss born and Ireland based, I am working for the UKI market, taking care of two Key Accounts of Dell.
During my time in Dell and with the opportunities provided, I have been able to create a large network of wonderful peers which is helping me to up my Customer Service Game to the next level.
Collaboration is key to success and even if you fail it is not a loss if it is a lesson learned. I find balance in my free time through archery, fitness, music and reading or digging into new tech related courses or seminars
