How To Generate a Tech Support Report Using iDRAC8

To generate a Tech Support Report using iDRAC8, download and install the "Dell iDRAC service module" from dell.com/support. Open a web browser and log in to the iDRAC Web UI. Select "Troubleshooting", then "Tech Support Report". Choose the data to export, check the "I Agree" box, then click export. Save the zip file when the export is complete.
