How to Replace the SSD 2230 on Latitude 7420

This video will demonstrate replacement procedure of a SSD 2230 on Latitude 7420.

To remove the solid state drive 2230, loosen the eight screws on the base cover of the device. Pry the cover away from the recess points at the hinges. Lift the cover off of the system. Identify the solid state drive and remove the screws securing it. Unlatch and lift the drive out of the system.

To reinstall the Solid State Drive 2230, place it back in the system and relatch it. Install the screws to secure the drive. Place the cover back on the system and install the 8 screws.
