Hello and welcome. This is Rebecca from the GS CV X rail support team. And today I'll be showing you how to request access to the ESRs portal site. So you can collect logs remotely, start by navigating to the ESRs portal web page above here. You'll be able to enter the VX rail PSNT number.
This is the view before requesting access. Click the icon above TV, specs blue and request access. Ok? You should receive an email that looks like this. Access can take a couple of days to be approved after requesting after it has been approved. You'll see the vex blue product under currently has access to and you will also see the option to assign files.
