The following are the recommendations for installing the OpenManage Server Administrator 11.0.0.2 patch:
1. If OpenManage Server Administrator 11.0.0.0, A00 is installed, then perform either of the following:
-- Uninstall OpenManage Server Administrator 11.0.0.0, A00 and then install OpenManage Server Administrator 11.0.0.0, A01 version before you apply the
OpenManage Server Administrator 11.0.0.2 patch.
-- Apply the OpenManage Server Administrator 11.0.0.1 patch and then apply the OpenManage Server Administrator 11.0.0.2 patch.
2. If OpenManage Server Administrator 11.0.0.0, A01 is installed, then you can directly apply OpenManage Server
Administrator 11.0.0.2 patch.
Download:
To download the installer, complete the following steps:
1. Click Download to download the file.
2. When the file download window appears, click Save to save the installer file to your hard drive.
Installation:
To install the patch, complete the following steps:
1. Open Command Prompt as an administrator and run "cd" command to open the folder of the downloaded file.
2. Run msiexec /update SysMgmt*.msp command to install the patch.

2. Open the folder where the installer file is downloaded and double-click the "SysMgmt_11002_x64_patch_A00.msp" file to install the patch.
