Upgrade SupportAssist Enterprise 2.x to Secure Connect Gateway Application Edition (00:03:20)
In this video, we demonstrate how to upgrade from SupportAssist Enterprise 2.0.70 or later to secure connect gateway application edition. After April 2022, SupportAssist Enterprise capabilities such as device management, case creation, and alert monitoring will not be available. To continue to manage and monitor your devices, you must upgrade to secure connect gateway. Upgrade to secure connect gateway is available only from the 2.0.70 version. A banner is displayed on the SupportAssist Enterprise user interface to initiate the upgrade process. After the upgrade, all your devices, settings, and other associated information are migrated to secure connect gateway. You can also upgrade to secure connect gateway by manually installing secure connect gateway on the same local system.
