Symptoms
New ESRS configuration on Dell EMC Unity.
Cannot Configure ESRS on Dell EMC Unity behind HTTP Proxy server.
From ESRS log file (/EMC/CEM/log/eVE/var/log/esrs/connectivityreport.log) - proxy started to ask for the auth, but proxy server response ERR_CACHE_ACCESS:

Cause
Proxy server requests authentication, it prevents Dell EMC Unity to access *.emc.com via Proxy server.
Resolution
white-listed *.emc.com addresses to bypass authentication on proxy server. then no longer get ERR_CACHE_ACCESS_DENIED from the proxy then.
