PowerFlex Manager 3.6 does not support ESXi 7.0 u1

Symptoms
Some issues occur if PowerFlex Manager 3.6 or earlier is used with ESXi 7.0 U1. Some of the known issues are:
- VMs contain new properties that PowerFlex Manager is not expecting that can cause issues with inventories.
- PowerFlex Manager automation can fail due to changes in power cycle procedures in ESXi 7.0 U1.
- Deployments can fail due to changes in power cycle procedures in ESXi 7.0 U1.
- PowerFlex Manager is unable to unmount datastores during shutdowns, which can impact RCM upgrades.
- Upgrade automation may not be complete due to vCLS VMs on ESXi local storage.

Cause
To work with ESXi 7.0 U1, PowerFlex Manager requires significant changes that will be implemented in release 3.7.
