APEX Cloud Platform for Microsoft Azure: System Guard Warning Message After Upgrade to 23H2 patch

Symptoms

For APEX Cloud Platform (ACP) Foundation Software version 01.01.00.00, the default Microsoft Azure Stack HCI version is 10.2311.0.26. After upgrade to later Microsoft 23H2 patch releases, a 'System Guard is not enabled' warning message is displayed on the Dell ACP WAC extension UI.

Cause

'System Guard' feature is enabled on the Microsoft 10.2311.0.26 release, but Microsoft disabled it on later releases. The warning message is expected, but re-enabling the secured-core server is not required, it can safely be ignored.

Resolution

No action is needed, you can safely ignore the warning.
