One or more errors have occurred. Follow the instructions provided to correct
the problem and try again.

Upgrade cannot proceed.

portal for replacement instructions.

A fault in the DPE enclosure was detected
Action : Contact your online portal for corrective instructions.

Cause

As part of the pre-upgrade health check the hardware states of the following components are examined:
Power supplies
Battery backup units
Fans
DPE
DAE

The platform::check_for_hardware_faults_2 error indicates a fault in the DPE enclosure was detected.

In the above example the specific issue is a power supply hardware fault (AC Power Loss) detected on: spb

Resolution

Check the GUI alerts and data collects for any faulted hardware and replace as needed.

In this example the DPE Power Supply B0 is not receiving power and is ready for a replacement.
