To Install Whisper-small.en:

Right-click the Windows start menu and select Terminal (Admin).

Note: Click Yes if prompted by User Account Control.
Change the directory in the Terminal to where you extracted your files into. Example type cd C:\DPAIS\x64> and press Enter.
In Terminal type .\windowsdesktop-runtime-8.0.15-win-x64.exe /install /quiet /norestart and press Enter.
$Type .\windowsdesktop-runtime-8.0.15-win-x64.exe /install /quiet /norestart and press Enter$
In Terminal type .\aspnetcore-runtime-8.0.15-win-x64.exe /install /quiet /norestart and press Enter.
$Type .\aspnetcore-runtime-8.0.15-win-x64.exe /install /quiet /norestart and press Enter$
In Terminal type .\VC_redist.x64.exe /install /quiet /norestart and press Enter.
$Type .\VC_redist.x64.exe /install /quiet /norestart and press Enter$
In Terminal type .\Dell.Core.Services.Installer_64bit.msi /qn /norestart and press Enter.
$type .\Dell.Core.Services.Installer_64bit.msi /qn /norestart and press Enter$
In Terminal type .\Dell.AI.Framework.x64.msi /qn /norestart and press Enter.
$Type .\Dell.AI.Framework.x64.msi /qn /norestart and press Enter$
In Terminal type .\Dell.Model.Whisper-small.en.NPU.OVGAI.x64.msi /qn /norestart and press Enter.
$Type .\Dell.Model.Whisper-small.en.NPU.OVGAI.x64.msi /qn /norestart and press Enter$
Note: The Dell.Model.Whisper-small.en.NPU.OVGAI.x64.msi file expects the Whisper-small.en.zip file to be in the same directory, or else the installation fails.
Reboot your computer to finish the installation process.
