PowerScale: After Upgrading to OneFS 9.10, mgmt-3 and mgmt-4 Interfaces are Missing

Symptoms
Before upgrading OneFS, isi network interfaces list on the cluster shows all four interfaces:

A configuration file causes OneFS to not properly configure the mgmt-3 and mgmt-4 interfaces with the upgrade to OneFS 9.10.1.0 to 9.10.1.3.
Resolution
Upgrade the node to OneFS 9.10.1.4 or later. If you are unable to upgrade, contact Dell Support and reference this knowledge base article.
