Symptoms

Quando un utente salva una nuova configurazione di SharePoint nell'interfaccia utente di DPA, si verifica un errore:

Nel file server.log sul server delle applicazioni DPA viene visualizzato il seguente errore:

2022-07-04 05:23:37,558 ERROR [com.emc.dpa.command.serversettings.SharePointSettingsCommandsBean] (Thread-278) Failed to connect to https://mysites.sharepoint.com/sites/DPA_Reports : Connect to login.microsoftonline.com:443 failed: connect timed out

 

Cause

Il server delle applicazioni DPA non ha accesso a Internet.

Per verificare questo problema, utilizzare un browser sul server per accedere al seguente sito web:
https://login.microsoftonline.com
Prima di eseguire questo comando:

curl -I https://login.microsoftonline.com

La prima riga restituita dovrebbe essere "HTTP/1.1 200 OK".

In questo caso, il comando ha restituito il seguente errore:

curl: (7) Failed to connect to https://login.microsoftonline.com port 443: Connection timed out

 

Resolution

Configurare il server applicazioni DPA con accesso a Internet.
