在某些情況下，NMDA 軟體必須置於調試模式，以幫助識別問題。本文檔介紹執行此任務的步驟。

您可以在設定檔中設定下列參數 （如果未使用精靈），或在精靈中指定 NMDA 偵錯記錄的設定： 

NSR_DEBUG_LEVEL
NSR_DPRINTF
NSR_DIAGNOSTIC_DEST

 

可使用 NSR_DEBUG_LEVEL 參數指定 NMDA 軟體產生的偵錯訊息層級。有效的參數值為 0 到 9：

NSR_DEBUG_LEVEL=9

 

如果您尚未設定參數或已將參數設定為 0，NMDA 不會產生偵錯訊息。
如果您已將參數設定為 1 到 9 之間的值，NMDA 會在 NMDA 主機上的偵錯記錄檔中產生偵錯訊息。調試消息中的詳細級別隨著調試級別而增加。
 

可使用 NSR_DPRINTF a TRUE 設置指定寫入其他調試消息。

可使用 NSR_DIAGNOSTIC_DEST 參數會指定 NMDA 除錯記錄的目錄位置，但組態精靈除錯記錄除外。如果尚未設置參數，調試日誌位於以下預設目錄中： 

在 UNIX/Linux 上： /nsr/apps/logs
在 Windows 上： <NetWorker_install_path>\apps\logs 

 

您必須從資料庫主機收集：

/nsr/apps/logs/libnsr*
/nsr/apps/logs/nsrdasv*  （針對排定的備份）
 

例如，對於 Oracle 偵錯 NMDA 記錄檔案，其格式類似： /nsr/apps/logs/libnsrora_Oracle_DATE.ID.log
