Symptoms
This enhancement improves SymmWin scripts to not collect Management Guest SPA logs when EEM is not configured in the PowerMax, which prevents 04DB.00 dial home events.
Cause
PowerMaxOS error.
Resolution
Fix 582097 addresses this issue and is available in the latest PowerMaxOS Service Pack Release for Level 5978.479.479.
