Symptoms

在預覽自訂報告時，看到以下錯誤 500：
RendererFactory 無法建立轉寄站ParametersXML

只有在自定義報告範本下預覽報告時，才會發生此問題。
在應用程式伺服器上的 DPA server.log 中會看到下列訊息：

2022-11-07 15：00：07，170 ERROR [com.emc.dpa.command.™.execution.ReportRendererMDB] （Thread-56839） 執行 ID 7d326f70-0ac2-4d48-9b3d-300c306b86ad 的報告引擎收到錯誤回應：com.emc.dpa。
datamodel.render.RendererServiceException：轉制程式無法建立轉寄站ParametersXML
...
原因：com.ctc.wstx.exc.WstxUnexpectedCharException：非預期字元 ' （代碼 32） （缺少名稱？）
在 [row，col {unknown-source}]：[3,69]

Cause

此問題是由報告標題中的「&」特殊字元所造成。
請注意，這不是自訂報告範本的名稱，而是在「報告格式」選項中設定的報告標題。

Resolution

需要從報告標題中移除 & 符號。
  1. 在「自訂報告範本」中選取報告，然後按一下「編輯」。
  2. 按一下[Preview] （預覽） 標籤，然後按一下[REPORT FORMAT] （報告格式） >表格格式。
  3. 在「表格格式」畫面中，從標題欄位中的文字中移除 & 符號。
  4. 儲存報告，並確認預覽不會發生錯誤。
