Symptoms
コールド パワー サイクル iDRAC10 1.20.70.50(またはそれ以降)ファームウェアを搭載したDell 17G PowerEdgeインテル サーバーは、古いField-Programmable Gate Array(FPGA)ファームウェアと組み合わせるとSYS565イベントを生成します。iDRAC10ライフサイクル ログ(LCLOG)とシステム イベント ログ(SEL)の両方に、メモリー モジュールの温度が警告しきい値を超えたイベントが記録されます。

Cause
2025年11月のiDRAC10 v1.20.70.50および関連プラットフォームFPGAファームウェアは、17GインテルPowerEdgeサーバー向けの新しいMEMHOT機能を導入しました。この機能のサポートを追加したiDRAC10ファームウェアと、MEMHOTをサポートしていないFPGAファームウェアを混在させると、このイベントが発生します。
Resolution
FPGAファームウェアでは、iDRAC10ファームウェア1.20.70.50と合わせてMEMHOT機能のサポートが導入されています。17GインテルPowerEdgeサーバーをこのファームウェア以降にアップデートすると、この問題が修復されます。この不整合なファームウェア ペアリングに対してSYS5565 エラーが発生すると、エラーは自己修正され、LCLOG と SEL に SYS566 イベントが記録されます。
