Symptoms
콜드 전원 순환 iDRAC10 1.20.70.50(또는 이상) 펌웨어가 포함된 Dell 17G PowerEdge 인텔 서버는 이전 FPGA(Field-Programmable Gate Array) 펌웨어와 페어링할 때 SYS565 이벤트를 생성합니다. iDRAC10 LCLOG(Lifecycle Log)와 SEL(System Event Log)은 모두 메모리 모듈 온도가 경고 임계값 이벤트를 초과했음을 기록합니다.

Cause
2025년 11월 iDRAC10 v1.20.70.50 및 관련 플랫폼 FPGA 펌웨어에 17G 인텔 PowerEdge 서버를 위한 새로운 MEMHOT 기능이 도입되었습니다. 이 기능에 대한 지원을 추가한 iDRAC10 펌웨어와 MEMHOT를 지원하지 않는 FPGA 펌웨어를 함께 사용하면 이 이벤트가 관찰됩니다.
Resolution
FPGA 펌웨어는 iDRAC10 펌웨어 1.20.70.50과 함께 MEMHOT 기능을 지원합니다. 17G 인텔 PowerEdge 서버를 이 펌웨어 이상으로 업데이트하면 이 문제가 해결됩니다. 이 일치하지 않는 펌웨어 페어링으로 인해 SYS5565 오류가 발생하면 오류가 자동으로 수정되고 LCLOG 및 SEL에 SYS566 이벤트가 기록됩니다.
