Symptoms

The PowerProtect File System Agent install.sh script debug execution shows:

Cause

/optターゲット パーティションに、File System Agentのインストールに十分な領域がありません。『PowerProtect Data Manager File System User Guide』には、File System Agentのインストールに必要な最小ディスク領域が記載されています。

Resolution

AIX OSの/optパーティション サイズを増やして、インストールで関連するFile System Agentファイルをコピーできるようにします。

Additional Information

XL C++ 6.1以降がAIX OSにインストールされていることを確認します。

lslpp -l | grep -i xlc
