温度が2°C(35.6°F)未満の環境でPCの電源を入れると、 エラー コード2000-0151を含むePSA警告メッセージが表示されることがあります。

再現手順

  1. PCをシャットダウンします
  2. コンピューターを2°C(35.6°F)の環境に1時間以上置きます。
  3. PCに初めて電源を入れると、エラー コード2000-0151のePSA警告メッセージが表示されます。

Cause

SSDは0度未満の温度を検出し、重大な警告メッセージを報告します。

メッセージを検出すると、ePSAによって重大な警告エラー コードが報告されます。

Resolution

2°C (35.6°F)未満の環境でエンド ユーザーにこの警告が表示された場合は、PCを再起動します。

警告メッセージは、SSDが異常な温度を検知し、ドライブに機能エラーを引き起こさない場合の通知です。
