Symptoms

Se si clicca su Show Details su qualsiasi flusso di lavoro in NMC, viene visualizzato questo messaggio di errore:
Errore: impossibile accettare il blocco del bus di messaggi   

 

Cause

La root cause del problema potrebbe essere attribuita alla mancanza di scambi o al danneggiamento delle strutture dati di RabbitMQ. 

Resolution

  1. Sul server NetWorker, aprire un prompt PowerShell di amministrazione o una shell radice . Eseguire i seguenti comandi per arrestare i servizi NetWorker e NMC:

Linux: nsr_shutdown ; sleep 10 ; systemctl stop gst
Windows: net stop nsrexecd /y
 

  1. Rinominare la cartella RabbitMQ tmp :

Linux: /nsr/tmp/rabbitmq
Finestre: C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\tmp\RabbitMQ 
 

  1. Avviare il server NetWorker e i servizi NMC. Quando RabbitMQ è stato rinominato, l'avvio del servizio ha creato nuovi file, inclusa una nuova directory di dati:

Linux: systemctl start networker ; sleep 10 ; systemctl start gst
Windows (PowerShell): net start nsrd ; Start-Sleep 10 ; net start gstd
