Symptoms

Azure VM은 NetWorker Azure VM 스냅샷 보호를 사용하여 보호됩니다.
Azure VM 스냅샷 복원이 실패하고 복구 로그에 다음 오류가 표시됩니다.

이 문제는 장기 실행 복원 세션에서 나타날 수 있습니다. 
사용하는 동안 이름 확인 오류가 관찰되지 않습니다. nslookup 또는 curl Azure Blob Storage 계정에 대해 다음을 수행합니다.

nslookup STORAGE_ACCOUNT_NAME.blob.core.windows.net
curl -k https://STORAGE_ACCOUNT_NAME.blob.core.windows.net

해결 방법:

Azure Blob 스토리지 엔드포인트를 NetWorker Server 로컬 호스트 파일에 추가합니다.

Linux: /etc/hosts
Windows: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

이렇게 변경하면 잠재적인 일시적인 DNS(Domain Name System) 확인 오류를 무시할 수 있습니다.

참고: 일부 시나리오에서는 다른 연결 오류가 계속 관찰될 수 있습니다. 예: "피어에 의한 연결 재설정." 코드 변경을 통해 솔루션이 제공됩니다. nsrazure_recover명령을 수행할 수 있는 충분한 공간이 있어야 합니다.
