Symptoms

Azure VM 快照还原失败，并在恢复日志中显示以下错误：

长时间运行的还原会话中可能会出现此问题。
使用时未观察到名称解析错误 nslookup 或 curl 针对 Azure Blob 存储帐户：
nslookup STORAGE_ACCOUNT_NAME.blob.core.windows.net
curl -k https://STORAGE_ACCOUNT_NAME.blob.core.windows.net
Cause
此问题已向 NetWorker 工程部门提出。

Resolution
此问题已在以下 NetWorker 版本中得到修复：
- 19.13.0.1
- 19.12.0.3
解决办法：
将 Azure Blob 存储端点添加到 NetWorker 服务器本地主机文件：
Linux： /etc/hosts
Windows： C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
此更改将绕过潜在的瞬时域名系统 （DNS） 解析错误。
提醒：在某些情况下，可能仍会观察到其他连接错误;例如，“Connection reset by peer”。解决方案将通过对以下各项的代码进行更改来提供：
nsrazure_recover。
