Cause

Aby zapobiec wystąpieniu tego problemu, wkładaj lub usuwaj jeden moduł SFP na raz, odczekując co najmniej dwa sekundy przed włożeniem lub wyjęciem kolejnego modułu SFP.

Resolution

Jeśli problem już wystąpił, ponownie załaduj kartę wiersza bez zakłóceń, aby ją odzyskać.
