Dell Unity：同步複寫狀態 遺失同步通訊 （0x840e）

FC 分區變更是為了解決從 SRC SP 到 DR SP 交叉的 FC 連線問題。

• 已成功建立同步複製工作階段，但會立即失去同步。
• 此問題可能會在 SPA 或 SPB 或兩者的 SP 上出現。
• 當只有一個 SP 上出現問題時，工作階段可能會移至另一個 SP，且運作正常。

• 在檢閱 FC 連線後，發現連線已交叉，並重新修改 FC 連線和分區，以允許正確的 SPA <=> SPA、SPB <= SPB 連線> 。
• 即使修復了 FC 連接，如果同步複製工作階段不會同時在 SRC 和 DR 上重新啟動 SP，同步複製工作階段仍會報告同步通訊遺失。但是互連顯示還行。

在完成 FC 連線和分區的同步複寫中，請務必將 SRC 和 DR 上的 SP 重新開機。

供您參考，建議的更改如下 - 以下內容將在「配置複製」的未來文檔中更新：

態 請務必完成下列步驟：

• 將連接埠設定為 F 連接埠以避免任何潛在問題，並從允許的連接埠類型清單中移除其他類型的連接埠。
• 對於同步複製連接，請將源系統的 SPA 埠連接到目標系統的 SPA 埠。同樣地，來源系統的 SPB 連接埠會轉換成目的地系統的 SPB 連接埠

例如：

• OB_H1450 SPA 連接埠 4 <--> OB_H1443 SPA 連接埠 4
• OB_H1450 SPB 連接埠 4 <--> OB_H1443 SPB 連接埠 4

現在，配置已更正：

• OB_H1450 SPA 連接埠 4 <--> OB_H1443 SPA 連接埠 4
• OB_H1450 SPB 連接埠 4 <--> OB_H1443 SPB 連接埠 4

請務必將來源系統和目的地系統的 SP 重新開機。

同一端（源或目標）上的 SPA 和 SPB 埠必須具有相同的埠配置。但是，來源系統上的連接埠組態可能與目的地系統上的連接埠組態不同。例如，支援 SPA 連接埠 4 <--> SPA I/O 模組 0 連接埠 0 和 SPB 連接埠 4 <--> SPB I/O 模組 0 連接埠 0。

範例：只有在 SPB 上的 NAS 伺服器 Syn 複寫上才會出現下列問題，其中 FC 連線拓撲為 SRC FC 交換 <> 器核心 FC 交換 <> 器 DR FC 交換器。
