Symptoms

Dopo l'aggiornamento della versione del client Linux dalla versione 7.x alla 19.3 o 19.4, il servizio avagent ha esito negativo una volta avviato o non si avvia affatto.

In avagent.log.

Cause

È stato installato AvamarClient-linux-sles12.xxxx.
I pacchetti SLES-12 RPM non sono destinati a un normale aggiornamento del client. Genera problemi con openSSL.

Resolution

Installare il pacchetto Avamar Client SLES11.
AvamarClient-linux-sles11-x86_64-19.x.rpm

Il pacchetto Avamar Client SLES11 dispone delle librerie openSSL collegate staticamente. Questa operazione è necessaria affinché l'installazione di Avamar lato client funzioni correttamente.
