Symptoms

受影響的系統： 

  • DD6400

無法設定或存取網路卡 （NIC）。
系統會產生警示 （ENVIRONMENT-00049），報告「硬體組態無效」：

Cause

為其他 Dell 產品購買額外和/或選配的插卡，並錯誤地安裝在 DD6400 中。
下面提供了支援的 NIC 清單。 
支援的 NIC

注意：QLogic 41164 （PN：不支援 0HY9T）。


網路介面卡 插槽 5、7、8 的零件編號為： 

  • DDJKY 或 PGRFV：「CRD、NTWK、4X10G、SFP+、INTEL」
  • HN7J7：「CRD、NTWK、DP、INTEL、25G、SFP」
  • K5V44：「CRD、NTWK、10G BASE-T、QP、INTEL」

Resolution

關閉 DD 裝置電源，然後卸下不支援的網路卡。
將其替換為支援的 NIC。
