Symptoms
NDU to PowerStoreOS 3.5
SDNAS Replication configured
NDU to PowerStoreOS 3.5 failed during the postupgrade phase. PowerStore Manager displayed the following alert during the final stages of the NDU:
Upgrade succeeded. Failed to perform post upgrade commands: java.util.NoSuchElementException (0xE04030010046)
The NDU failed in the final stage trying to resume replication.
Cause
Due to a software issue in cleaning up stale snapshots
The replication resume operation which is part of the NDU may encounter an exception which leads to an NDU failure.
Resolution
Workaround:
Contact Dell Technical Support and reference this article for assistance. Dell Technical support can implement a plan of action to clean up the stale snapshot and allow the NDU to complete successfully.
Fix:
The fix will be made available in a future PowerStoreOS release.
