Symptoms

Nadat u zich hebt aangemeld bij de webapplicatie Client Manager, wordt het bericht 'Geen data gevonden' weergegeven in serveroverzicht.

Cause

Het ACMTrace.log bevindt zich in de volgende map: 
/usr/local/avamar-tomcat/logs/ACMTrace.log

Het ACMTrace.log heeft de volgende fout:

De regel in het logboek zegt dat het wachtwoord voor de viewuser niet kan worden opgehaald uit de mcsdk10-oproep.
Dit betekent dat het wachtwoord van de viewuser is beschadigd of verloren is gegaan in het geheugen in MCS.

Resolution

Voer het script change-passwords uit om viewuser bij te werken. Dit kan hetzelfde wachtwoord zijn dat al wordt gebruikt of een nieuw wachtwoord.

Het script start MCS opnieuw op om alle configuratiebestanden en MCS bij te werken met het weergavewachtwoord.
