Symptoms

登入 Client Manager Web 應用程式後，伺服器摘要會顯示「找不到資料」的訊息。

Cause

ACMTrace.log 位於下列目錄中： 
/usr/local/avamar-tomcat/logs/ACMTrace.log

ACMTrace.log 發生以下錯誤：

記錄中的行表示無法從 mcsdk10 通話中取得 Viewuser 密碼。
這表示 Viewuser 密碼已損毀或遺失 MCS 中的記憶體。

Resolution

執行 change-passwords 指令檔以更新 Viewuser，它可以是已使用的相同密碼或新密碼。

此腳本會重新開機 MCS，以使用 Viewuser 密碼更新所有組態檔案和 MCS。
