Cause
Im Rahmen des Upgradeprozesses schaltet das Installationsprogramm von Dell Optimizer den Dell Tech Hub-Service aus, der sowohl von DCU als auch von Dell Optimizer verwendet wird.
Die DCU-Benutzeroberfläche (UI) wird beendet, wenn der Service beendet wird.
Resolution
Der Dell Tech Hub-Service wird zwei Minuten nach Abschluss des Dell Optimizer-Upgrades neu gestartet.
DCU kann erneut ausgeführt werden, um zu überprüfen, ob die Aktualisierungen abgeschlossen wurden.
Alternativ startet das Starten von DCU den Dell Tech Hub-Service automatisch neu.
