Symptoms
Dell Command Update(DCU)ユーザーは、DCUを使用してDell Optimizerをバージョン4.0にアップグレードしようとすると、アプリケーションが予期せず終了することがあります。
Cause
アップグレード プロセスの一環として、Dell Optimizerインストーラーは、DCUとDell Optimizerの両方で使用されるDell Tech Hubサービスをシャットダウンします。
サービスが停止すると、DCUユーザー インターフェイス(UI)は終了します。
Resolution
Dell Tech Hubサービスは、Dell Optimizerのアップグレードが完了してから2分後に再起動します。
DCUを再実行して、アップデートが完了したことを確認できます。
または、DCUを起動すると、Dell Tech Hubサービスが自動的に再起動します。
