Symptoms
DCU(Dell Command Update) 사용자는 DCU를 사용하여 Dell Optimizer를 버전 4.0으로 업그레이드하려고 하면 애플리케이션이 예기치 않게 종료되는 것을 확인할 수 있습니다.
Cause
업그레이드 프로세스의 일환으로 Dell Optimizer 설치 프로그램은 DCU와 Dell Optimizer에서 모두 사용하는 Dell Tech Hub 서비스를 종료합니다.
서비스가 중지되면 DCU UI(User Interface)가 종료됩니다.
Resolution
Dell Tech Hub 서비스는 Dell Optimizer 업그레이드가 완료된 후 2분 후에 재시작됩니다.
DCU를 다시 실행하여 업데이트가 완료되었는지 확인할 수 있습니다.
또는 DCU를 실행하면 Dell Tech Hub 서비스가 자동으로 재시작됩니다.
