Symptoms
Dell Command Update (DCU) gebruikers kunnen ervaren dat de applicatie onverwacht wordt beëindigd wanneer ze Dell Optimizer proberen te upgraden naar versie 4.0 met behulp van DCU.
Cause
Als onderdeel van het upgradeproces sluit het Dell Optimizer installatieprogramma de Dell Tech Hub-service af die wordt gebruikt door zowel DCU als Dell Optimizer.
De DCU-gebruikersinterface (UI) wordt beëindigd wanneer de service wordt gestopt.
Resolution
De Dell Tech Hub-service wordt twee minuten nadat de Dell Optimizer upgrade is voltooid opnieuw opgestart.
DCU kan opnieuw worden uitgevoerd om te controleren of de updates zijn voltooid.
Als u DCU start, wordt de Dell Tech Hub-service ook automatisch opnieuw opgestart.
