Symptoms

Nuovi storage node vengono aggiunti ad Avamar. Si tratta di una destinazione di replica.

Un job di replica utilizzato per lavorare inizia a non riuscire in modo intermittente.

Come si può vedere nei log, l'origine Avamar ha un singolo nodo.
Il job di replica può connettersi alla destinazione Avamar utilizzando IP 10.1.1.30.
Non può raggiungere nove nodi presentati dalla tabella del dispatcher.
 
  • L'indirizzo IP del sistema di destinazione è stato confermato come corretto
  • Le credenziali di accesso sulla destinazione sono corrette

Cause

Quando la destinazione Avamar è stata espansa, le porte del firewall necessarie per abilitare la connettività ai nuovi nodi non sono state aperte.
Quando la replica si connette a tutti gli storage node originali, l'operazione ha esito positivo.
Quando la replica si connette a nuovi storage node, l'operazione ha esito negativo.

Resolution

Verificare la connettività di rete tra tutti i nodi dell'origine Avamar e tutti i nodi del sistema di destinazione.
