Symptoms

Do serveru Avamar jsou přidány nové úložné uzly. Jedná se o cíl replikace.

Úloha replikace, která dříve fungovala, začne občas selhovat.
 
V protokolech replikace se nacházejí následující zprávy.

Jak je vidět v protokolech, zdroj Avamar má jeden uzel.
Úloha replikace se může připojit k cíli Avamar pomocí IP adresy 10.1.1.30.
Nemůže dosáhnout 9 uzlů, které mu jsou uvedeny v tabulce expedice.
 
  • Byla potvrzena správná IP adresa cílového systému.
  • Přihlašovací údaje v cíli jsou správné.

Cause

Při rozšíření cíle Avamar nebyly otevřeny porty brány firewall nezbytné k umožnění připojení k novým uzlům.
Pokud se replikace připojí k libovolnému původnímu úložnému uzlu, proběhne úspěšně.
Když se replikace připojí k novým úložným uzlům, dojde k selhání.

Resolution

Zkontrolujte síťové připojení mezi všemi uzly na zdroji Avamar a všemi uzly v cílovém systému.
