Symptoms

Se agregan nuevos nodos de almacenamiento a Avamar. Es un destino de replicación.

Un trabajo de replicación que solía funcionar comienza a fallar de manera intermitente.

Como se puede ver en los registros, el origen de Avamar tiene un solo nodo.
El trabajo de replicación puede conectarse al destino de Avamar mediante IP 10.1.1.30.
No puede llegar a nueve de los nodos que se le presentan en la tabla del despachador.
 
  • Se confirmó que la dirección IP del sistema de destino es correcta
  • Las credenciales de inicio de sesión en el destino son correctas

Cause

Cuando se expandió el destino de Avamar, no se abrieron los puertos de firewall necesarios para habilitar la conectividad con los nodos nuevos.
Cuando la replicación se conecta a cualquier nodo de almacenamiento original, se realiza correctamente.
Cuando la replicación se conecta a nuevos nodos de almacenamiento, falla.

Resolution

Compruebe la conectividad de red entre todos los nodos del origen de Avamar y todos los nodos del sistema de destino.
