Upgrading from NX-OS 6.2.19 to 8.1.1.
After upgrade, user is no longer able to see "bootflash://sup-standby."

Cause
The issue is identified as the following from Cisco CSCvb93701:
As per the documented Cisco issue:
ISSU/D fails on MDS 9706/9710 with 'bootflash busy' error; seg fault while mounting bootflash CSCvb93701 (see also CSCvf99665)
The system is only affected if it was previously running one of the following NX-OS releases: 6.2(17) - 6.2(19) 7.3(0)D1(1) - 7.3(1)D1(1) 7.3(0)DY(1) - 7.3(1)DY(1) This issue does not apply to any other NX-OS releases on MDS 9706 and 9710 platforms. It does not occur on the MDS 9718 platform.
Resolution
Workaround:
The IPv6 invalid subnet on the management interface causes this issue.
