Opmerking: Dit probleem is opgelost in v8.18.
Op bepaalde apparaten die worden geleverd met UHD (4k)-schermen en de UI-schaling in Windows 10 is ingesteld op 250%, kan de UI onjuist worden weergegeven en moeilijk te navigeren zijn binnen de Dell Data Security Console applicatie.
Dit kan tijdelijk worden opgelost door de Dell Data Security Console applicatie uit te voeren in de compatibiliteitsmodus voor Windows 8.
U schakelt de compatibiliteitsmodus als volgt in:
- Klik met de rechtermuisknop op het pictogram en selecteer Eigenschappen.
- Selecteer het tabblad Compatibiliteit.
- Controleer of het vakje voor de compatibiliteitsmodus is gemarkeerd met Voer dit programma uit in de compatibiliteitsmodus voor: En laat de instelling aan op Windows 8.
- Klik op Toepassen en vervolgens op OK om de wijzigingen af te dwingen.
